Graduate of the Eliada Culinary School. Micheal is a former chef at the Omni Resort - Grove Park Inn and Omni Hotel, And now Traveling, a Local celebrity chef in Charlotte, North Carolina.

With over 7 years of catering and Hospitality experience, Micheal specializes in Gourmet meals, private events as well as meal preps for some of the athletes on the Carolina Panthers and other athletic teams.
